[Resolved] Billdesk — Bsnl-portal online payment success, then failed, request for refund to credit card a/c. | |||
It is a matter of great regret that being a bsnl alltime customer, i pay all bills through bsnl-portal. On last day i made two transactions through online postpaid mobile bill payment, on 25/06/2014 for rs.157/= at 21:46 hours and again for rs.157/= at 21:54 hours through your bsnl-billdesk, mumbai. But both the transactions were approved by union bank of india, mumbai, but the payments were not received by bsnl.So, i fervently pray you to take urgent action to refund the both amounts to my same credit card a/c.From which both transactions were done.
