Billdesk — bsnl recharge of rs 110 with sbi internet banking but not recharged

Today at 12:40pm, i made payment using sbi internet banking, tovrecharge my bsnl prepaid plan. The amount rs110 was deducted from my account, but not recharged to my phone. Bsnl customer care executive told me to wait for one hour if recharged failed you complaint to payment gateway. The transaction id appeared was nsbi[protected]igadmpplx6. Please do the needful tobrefund the amount

I paid Rs.500 through BILLDESK to TNEA2018 ENGG councelling application but I could not recieved the confirmation.but amount was debited and it was paid to bill desk.kindy do the needful. I need reply the confirmation or resettle the amount to the concern bank
