Today i have paid rs 53 as bsnl stv data voucher topup twice through bsnl portal using andhra bank net banking. I got successful transaction message and my bank account got debited rs 53 (Both the times) and immediately got the message " error Billdesk ◾ Reason: sorry. We were unable to process your transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later. My mobile number is [protected]. Please make arrangements for refunding the amount of rs 53 + rs 53 (Two transactions) as i have not received any credit for my stv top up. Was this information helpful? | |||
