Sir, i made a cesc bill against customer id no [protected] on 6.9.2017 through debit card, no confirmation has been received from your end. Though the amount of rs. 1170/- debited from my account. Bank tr prcr/[protected]. Please arrange to refund or transfer the amount to cesc kolkata. It is seen that cesc kolkata has not received the amount. Either you refund the money to my bank account no[protected] or adjust with cesc.

Sir, This to inform you that till date I have not received the money . As a result I have I have paid a green bill of cesc this month through Billdesk. Kindly arrange to transfer the money to my account which I have already mentioned ( Dena Bank account number[protected]. Treat this urgent.
