Billdesk — complaint on uncompleted jio recharge but money was deducted

I have done the payment for recharging my jio phone number through google pay upi. Rs. 349 money got deducted but recharge was not done.
Could you please look into the issue and refund my money.

I recharged my prepaid meter today 27.5.19 with Rs. 500. Money debited from my bank account but the voucher code has been not generated till now. Kindly send my voucher code or my money back to my account.

Payment of my bsnl post paid mobile [protected] bill using BSNL official site /account through BILL DESK PAMENT GATEWAY ON[protected] TIME 11:40:37 of Rs. 383.00 using debit card of PNB where pnb sb account has been debited but BSNL accounnt has not been credited.

Please do the needful or reverse the payment
