I am trying to make the payment of my standard chartered credit card using billdesk "https://pgi. billdesk.com/pgidsk/pgmerc/standardchartered/scb_cardresponse. jsp" but always i am getting trasaction failure message "reason - pbe10002-transaction not authorized."
