Billdesk — credit card payment status failure but amount got debited

I was trying to pay the amex credit card bill and paid rs 57, 197 through my hdfc debit card. Amount was deducted from bank but the system has shown failure status of trasaction. I made the payment on 1st feb at 11:07 am, please process the payment and credit the payment to my amex credit card or refund the same amounts to my hdfc account. I forgot to take note of the transaction id. My number is [protected], id [protected]@yahoo.com. Let me know if anything else is needed. Feb 04, 2019 Updated by Ra9999722686 Refrain from using your contact numbers and ids esp your account details, you might get a fake call pretending to be a representative of the consumer complain and will try to con you. Please Beware!

I initiated my transaction through my jio app to the phonepe and I done with my transaction from phonepe dated:25/01/2019 but money deducted jio recharge is unsuccessful...Hope I will get refund ...Why such kind of problems are arising ...I should get my refund as soon possible ...I wait by 7 days still there is no clarity about the refund ...
