Billdesk — deducted money and transaction fails

Have booked jio phone via jio website and paid rs.1000/- through pnb net banking. Received transaction id (Fv0000013cec) from jiophone followed with message "transaction failed". But money has been deducted (1000rupees) from my bank account. Till today i haven't get any confirmation message from jio.
In reply to my queries reliance jiophone has confirmed that they have not received any amount of money from this transaction.
Further they have advised to check at source, that is billdesk.
So, necessary action to be taken by billdesk payment gateway for refund of debited money from my pnb account
