Billdesk — dispute regarding sbi credit card payment | |||||
Dear sir/madam this is komal s kashid alias komal ganesh waske having sbi credit card no [protected], paid the credit card bill of rs 9862/- dated 24/04/2017 through internet banking but message received that transaction failed, but amount is debited from my account no [protected] and credited to account no [protected] name of the account is billdesk transaction account mbs(as i m working in sbi as a deputy manager i can see ur account also), same amount is autodebited from my same account [protected] and credited to same account no [protected] which is bill desk account, both tranactions are having same reference no ub00153371, both amounts are debited from my account and credited to bill desk account no [protected], i mailed to feedback @sbicard then one amoount of rs 9862.00 is credited back to my account dated 28/04/2017, but one amount is neither credited to my account nor to my credit card. I followed with sbi credit card many times, but they are saying we are not receiving any response from bill desk department, i[censored] people are not responding me within one week, i will go to ombudsman, i am sending u screen shot o[censored]r account i[censored] r saying that u have not received any amount from me, u please explaine me the same amount belongs to whom which are in statement which are credited on same date on which my transactions were happened. I m sending u my account statement and bille desk account statement for ur reference. I expect ur reply . Thank u. Komal s kashid alias komal ganesh waske sbi wai, [protected].
