Billdesk — Due to payment not successful for WBSEDCL electricity bill

I, Bikram paul, made a payment to bill desk for my WBSEDCL electricity bill on 08 September, 2021.(consumer ID[protected], My transaction id -T2109080909359876563885 has not confimed the bill payment but the amount of Rs.2224 has been debited from my savings account. Please kindly process my bill payment as soon as possible . Or refund my amount to my paytm payments bank savings account - [protected].
