TX ID- TX [protected] Dated 27th Sept 2014 was being processed to pay my BSNL land line bill[protected] but instead by mistake it was deposited to[protected]. No SMS or Email was sent we awaited for a week but on inquiry it was learnt that I had committed a mistake while performing on line payment. Sorry for inconvinience.
