[Resolved]  Billdesk — electric bill payment failed but money debited from my sbi a/c

I have made the payment of electricity bill of WBSEDCL against consumer ID[protected] with the getaway of BILLDESK through SBI net banking. But the transaction was unsuccessful and amount Rs.3714.25 ( Billing amount Rs.3711.89) debited from my SBI account.
Please take necessary action so that the amount is refuned in my account.
