Billdesk — Electricity bill paid through net banking

I have paid electricity bill of central power distribution co ltd Hyderabad in respect of S no A2026460 through net banking on 11th inst (Sbh) for Rs 176/- tranction ref no narsuIB36132625. I came to the said payment is not recd by electricity (Tsspdcl). Sbh has also sent to e mail billdidk3 n maheshgoill on 18th inst. will u pl let me status of tranction ref referred above
