Billdesk — electricity payment debited but receipt not generate

Respected sir/. Madam

I made the online payment for jaipur vidut vitaram nigam limited electricity bill on 15/11/2019 through bijli mitra portal, with bill desk from icici net banking, (Transaction id [protected]) but the rs. 1263 payment debited from my bank account but receipt is not generated. So please requested you send paymnet receipt slip
