[Resolved]  Billdesk — failed transaction refund not reversed back to card

Hi team,

I made two transaction for lic payment using billdesk payment gateway.
Below are the transactions details what i have.

The first transaction was failed due to some issue at billdesk gateway, the amount was debited from my card but the payment was not done to lic.
The second transaction was successful and lic is showing the payment success details.

But i can see both the debits in my credit card statement. Can you please check and refund me the first transaction amount.

1st transaction - failed
Amount - rs. 9672.78
Hdfc bank card ending - 5359
Date[protected]:16:23
Premium paid for policy no - 99*50

2nd transaction - success
Amount - rs. 9672.78
Hdfc bank card ending - 5359
Date[protected]:30:55
Premium paid for policy no - 99*50
