[Resolved] Billdesk — Failure of bus ticket booking on KSRTC website

I had made a bus ticket booking on KSRTC official website to bangalore from mangalore on[protected] and return on[protected] at a cost of Rs1479 but failed to receive my booking.My payment gateway no is-BVJD[protected].Please do help as soon as possible.

I had booked a ticket to bangalore from mangalore on ksrtc website but was unable to receive my tickets and also lost my money.But thanks to billdesk's consumer complaint forum, I was refunded my money without any hassle.Thanks a lot for being so transparent in your activities.

I just tried to book two tickets from udupi to hospet on the date 14/10/2021... But amount has been detected from my account yet tickets are not booked... Kindly refund the amount
