Billdesk — Fastag recharge of Rs 800 not passed on to KVG Bank

I recharged fast-tag for Rs 800 using the Billdesk "Payment collection" option but somehow never received the credit in the fast-tag account. The amount was debited by Rs 800 in my ICICI account savings account on 24th Nov 2024 towards linked
billdeskpg.[protected]@hdfcbank vide UPI Ref No[protected]ICICI Bank.

Either the amount may be refunded or credited towards fast tag.
