Billdesk — HDFC credit card payment not credited to my account | |||||
Hi Team, I paid my HDFC credit card bill [5k] on Jan 29th 2016 through bill desk. On Feb 9th i got a call from HDFC credit card team saying that there is an amount due on my credit card. I shared the transaction details with HDFC team and i came to know that there are no transactions on my card with those reference no. When i checked with billdesk they are saying the transaction is already processed on Feb 1st 2016. Then i asked them to provide the complete card number to check with HDFC team and file dispute form. But they are saying they don't have any information. Being payment gateway Bill desk should be having all the information required to process the transaction further.But they are advising me to check with HDFC team. HDFC already charged a late fee and still no clue where the money has gone? Payment through bill desk really sucks and there is no transparency, poor customer support.
