Billdesk — insurance premium paid amount is deducted from bank but not received by insurance company | |||
I had done my payment for insurance premium through google pay upi and i had paid the money to [protected]@icici upi. The payment was successful and i got message that money was deducted from my account, but i haven't got my premium paid to my insurance account. I had called to the insurance company but they said that they haven't received request for payment. If the money was deducted then it will get refunded in 3 days but i haven't got Kindly provide update on my transaction Was this information helpful? | |||

On 2nd Oct, my account got debited by Rs. 340. I didn't do any transaction. Please look into this matter ASAP. Today only I saw the message while going through my hone inbox. Please let me know what is the issue
