Billdesk — jio order not confirmed even though money debited from my account

I tried recharging my reliance jio account with a data plan costing ₹398. I paid through upi to the following account - reliancejioinfocomm. [protected]@hdfcbank. But once i paid, i didn't get a message from jio stating that my data plan was activated.
I request that the same amount be credited back to my bank account - in order to conduct the same transaction again.
