I paid kv fees of july-sep 2022, but did not received any receipt, from bill desk, amount has debited from account, please solve my problem as soon as possible

I had paid my school fees to billdesk through Google pay UPI to @hdfcbank. The transaction was successful but my school fees is not paid till now.kindly give my money back to me otherwise I have to goto consumer court with all the proof and screenshot. Bangalore
I have made my payment with Google pay
Amount has been debited but my payment is not reflecting on the portal and showing to submit the fee again..
This is really irritating.

On the day[protected] I pay my fees from Paytm ai it was successful but when I want to cheak the reciept it says that payment initiated but not completed
