[Resolved] Billdesk — late fee charged by BSNL has been asked to pay by customer. why ? | |||
sir, i am a ecs payment of tele bills customer at NAGPUR. tele no 2285288. i am receiving every month constant bill of rs. 275 /- only .but last month i got bill for rs, 285 /-. when i enquired with BSNL. they told that rs.10 /- was charged as late fee. as per your " assurance " heading on net i found that you are bearing any late fee charges up to 500 /-but i was charged the late fee.when i talked to the operator he did not heed the warning .pl tell ne what should i do. my e-mail is [protected]@gmail.com G.N.MARGHADE NAGPUR Was this information helpful? | |||
