Billdesk — lic policy renewal failed but amount deducted from bank

Dear sir/madam,
I had renewed my lic policy on 07/07/2020 having upi transaction id :[protected]. My bank account has been debited to
Upi id: lic. [protected]@hdfcbank but my lic policy did not renew. Please send me the status of my transaction.
