I have made following on line transaction through Canera Bank, via Billdesk,
Transaction reference no,
IB ITG 1596700 Online Transaction BDP-GOOGLEPLAY-BILLDSK-ZCNB1PV04WG5G3-CLIENTCODE for Rs.5603.82/-
Purchase is unsuccessful but the amount of Rs.5603.82/- is debited from my bank account.
Please arrange to return the amount to my Canera Bank account.

    Hi Team,
    I made HSBC credit card payment of 51, 000 RS /- three days before through Bill Desk portal using GPay and transaction was successful from Bill Desk portal, but still not credit to HSBC account.
    Kindly check and credit the 51, 000 RS /- to HSBC credit card account, otherwise please refund to my account.

      I did payment for HDFC CARD Online by using Billdesk UPI gateway. after doing payment amount was debited from my AXIS BANK Account but Billdesk payment receipt wasn't generated and till now amount is not showing anywhere in Credit card statement.

        Today [ 28.8.2024] I try to make a payment to the LIC through online portal by 2.08 pm using billdesk using UPI - Gpay.
        On making the UPI payment by QRscan, the amount is debited from my account and the completion page has not popped up in the portal web page.
        Debited amount is also not reflected against my LIC policy.
        I expect a refund or a LIC payment receipt

            I have filled out an application form for RBI Grade B today. The transaction of Rs. 1003 was initiated via UPI ID payment by me. Though the amount have been deducted from BOI account, RBI have not received the application fee, and the portal shows that the transaction is not completed. Thus, I request that you look into the matter and send the amount back, as I have to initiate the transaction again and complete the application payment fees

              I paid my college fees through the college online portal which used billdesk for payment. I used google pay upi to pay the money to the request which was successful, but some error occurred and the process was not completed. It is a big amount, that I can't pay again right now and I have to pay me fees, so please refund me the money.

                I have been allotted a seat in the first round of seat acceptance and fees payment at IIT-BHU. During the fees payment there was an error in the payment gateway and fees have been deducted twice from my father's account. The details of payment deducted are as follows:

                1. At 21:34:06 IST with reference no NBSM / 63687938 / INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY
                2. At 21:37:48 IST with reference no NBSM / 63688263 / INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

                Fees receipt has been generated only once. I request you to refund the payment as it is deducted twice.

                  Payment made, but not paid to LIC

                  Date : 08 June 2024

                  I have made a payment to LIC through Billdesk gateway using Gpay UPI option. The money has been deducted from my bank and transaction completed on Gpay. However the completion page did not pop up instead the payment page has come up with multiple options to pay (like online banking, UPI etc) again. I expect a refund or LIC premium payment receipt as I haven't received it....

                  I have made a payment of Rs.7000/- dated 23.05.2024 for HDFC credit card through billdesk UPI Google Pay.
                  The amount got deducted from account but the same is not yet credited/ reflected in HDFC credit card.
                  Please resolve.

                  The payment was successful and amount got debited from my account but is not credited in HDFC credit card.

                    I did electricity bill payment through bill desk for MESCOM via google pay on 4th May 2024 at 10:35 am. The amount of 15221/- was debited from my account but the webpage remained un responsive and the payment status never reflected in the website.
                    The amount debited in the first attempt is not successful and hence it unnecessarily lies with BillDesk.
                    Kindly refund me my money back that I paid via. google pay at the earliest.
                    The google pay payment receipt has been attached with the complaint.

                    Its been two days without receiving any refund nor is the Billdesk site accepting any complaint due to which I have been forced to initiate a complaint on this forum. Please refund the amount at the earliest.

                      I had paid Rs.5003.54 to BESCOM vide Ref. BIL/ONL/[protected]/BANGALORE/BESCL_ZICI19205.

                      The amount is debited to my account but I did not get confirmation from BESCOM as my connection snapped.

                        LIC Premium payment failed in gateway but amount debited

                        Hello Sir/Madam,
                        I've made an online payment for my LIC Premium Plan through BillDesk Gateway with PhonePe. Amount was successfully debited from account using PhonePe but transaction error was there in gateway and didn't redirected to merchant. So transaction was not successful, but amount has not reverted yet or not settled with merchant by gateway.

But payment could not be processed by Bill Desk for the reason best known to them.                                 Now any mail I write to the Desk of BillDesk, I get a message saying the mail ID doesn't exist, and that I should contact the "Postmaster"!!

                                This is the message received from my bank :

                                ICICI Bank Acc XXYYY debited Rs. 1, 148.00 on 28-Feb-24 InfoBIL*ONL*00080.

                                This is what BillDesk wrote in response to my complaint that no acknowledgement of the amount was received, also no confirmation of money...

                                Hello Sir/Madam,
                                I've made an online payment for my LIC Loan Policy, through BillDesk Gateway with QR Code by PayzApp Method.

                                And after paying by PayzApp I've checked my Account for the status and yes the amount was debited. But, I don't received any confirmation regards the LIC loan payment and so I've checked the LIC Customer Portal website with my account and the payment wasn't successful it's still showing the same loan amount to pay again. But, as I said the amount is debited from my account. So, I need you to understand this and make an arrangement, give me a solution or else refund me.
