Hello Sir/Madam,
I've made an online payment for my LIC Loan Policy, through BillDesk Gateway with QR Code by PayzApp Method.
And after paying by PayzApp I've checked my Account for the status and yes the amount was debited. But, I don't received any confirmation regards the LIC loan payment and so I've checked the LIC Customer Portal website with my account and the payment wasn't successful it's still showing the same loan amount to pay again. But, as I said the amount is debited from my account. So, I need you to understand this and make an arrangement, give me a solution or else refund me.
