I had paid Rs.5003.54 to BESCOM vide Ref. BIL/ONL/[protected]/BANGALORE/BESCL_ZICI19205.

The amount is debited to my account but I did not get confirmation from BESCOM as my connection snapped.

Please let me know the status.

    LIC Premium payment failed in gateway but amount debited

    Hello Sir/Madam,
    I've made an online payment for my LIC Premium Plan through BillDesk Gateway with PhonePe. Amount was successfully debited from account using PhonePe but transaction error was there in gateway and didn't redirected to merchant. So transaction was not successful, but amount has not reverted yet or not settled with merchant by gateway.

    Today I wanted to do payment to Thane Municipal Corporation for water tax through bill desk wide Connection No: 11011765/00018. But payment could not be processed by Bill Desk for the reason best known to them. Payment amount was Rs. 5040/- though Axis Bank (message says payment exceed the limit) This issue required to be solved

            Now any mail I write to the Desk of BillDesk, I get a message saying the mail ID doesn't exist, and that I should contact the "Postmaster"!!

            This is the message received from my bank :

            ICICI Bank Acc XXYYY debited Rs. 1, 148.00 on 28-Feb-24 InfoBIL*ONL*00080.

            This is what BillDesk wrote in response to my complaint that no acknowledgement of the amount was received, also no confirmation of money...

            Hello Sir/Madam,
            I've made an online payment for my LIC Loan Policy, through BillDesk Gateway with QR Code by PayzApp Method.

            And after paying by PayzApp I've checked my Account for the status and yes the amount was debited. But, I don't received any confirmation regards the LIC loan payment and so I've checked the LIC Customer Portal website with my account and the payment wasn't successful it's still showing the same loan amount to pay again. But, as I said the amount is debited from my account. So, I need you to understand this and make an arrangement, give me a solution or else refund me.

At first the payment failed but on the same QR code i have again made a payment and it got successful. But in the LIC portal, payment is still not reflecting and the last payment showed as failed. But no confirmation message recieved from HDFC .
