Billdesk — money debited but not forwarded to concerned party | |||
I was in the process of paying my bsnl ftth bill (Phone no. [protected]) for the month of february on[protected]. I tried to pay it through my paytm wallet. The paytm debited the money but i did not get a message for the payment of the bill and no receipt could be generated. Paytm shows following information: Billdeskutil order id rpt[protected] Wallet transaction id [protected] I have also contacted at [protected]@billdesk.com,. I was asked to provide a screenshot of the page on paytm, which i have mailed and waiting for the reply. I request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to pay my telephone bill. I paid my credit card bill through Billdesk on 7th Feb 2020 amount is 29237/- but still it is not deposited in my credit card,
transaction details is RSCB[protected],
Please help and resolve the issue and please check attached transaction details
