Billdesk — money debited from account but not received

I transferred inr 5000 from my canara bank account to l&t mutual fund at 10.27 hrs on 02/12/2017 through online transaction towards purchase of l&tmutual fund units. The transaction could not be completed. The amount has been debited from my account bank vide transaction no lcnb[protected] at 10:27:25 am. L&t mutual fund has not received the amount. You are requested to reconcile.
