[Resolved] Billdesk — money deducted from bank account, but not credited in vodafone system | |||
I have made payment of 1000 rs against my vodafone number via Billdesk more than a week back. Though money got dedcuted from my account and Billdesk mailed me the confirmation as well on my mail id. But it has been more than a week but my outgoing call is not activated yet and when I am trying to reach to the customer care of Bill desk then I haven't got chance to speak to any customer care executive since they are not picking up the call. Its rubbish that customer is facing these kind of issues from whom these people get business. Can we take any action OR we need to file a case in consumer forum OR at Akosha.
