Billdesk — Money deducted from my sbi account but not to the required place

I have initiated a merchant payment of 500/ through billdesk and during process after deducting amount from my sbi account no [protected] vide reference no VSBI[protected]IGAKCGHFF0 to transfer inb edupro360 bill_rtcoi payment and after showing payment successful window, then error timed out window opened and amount not credited in merchants account.
