Billdesk — money not refunded even after 25 days passed | |||
I made upi transaction on google pay to bajaj finserv on 29th march 2019. 19616 inr was debited from hdfc account but failed at billdesk. After i raised dispute on google pay, it was settled and status changed to dispute settled. Money will be refunded in 3-5 days. This status was updated before 10th april. I sent mail to billdesk and they replied on 13th april that amount will be credited back to hdfc but still today its not done. Again on my follow up billdesk sent mail again on 20th april that it will take 5-7 days. Why there is so much of harassment. My emi got bounced due to this. Billdesk is not taking action on this.
