Billdesk — My payment is failed but money is deducted from account

My payment is failed but my money is deducted from account I used Google pay to transfer the money from my account to lic but payment got failed and money is deducted from account..it's 4th day today I haven't recieve any money and bank denied to register any complaint and Google pay given 3 buisness day time to me but I don't recieve a penny alot of money is stuck between these 2 plzz help
