Billdesk — non payment to bsnl by billdesk

I made payment of rs 1999 for my bsnl prepaid cell phone no [protected] for plan migration to pv_1999 on 06/06/2020. After deduction of amount in my indian bank account, there was no further process on the screen and payment also not made to bsnl.
