Dear sir/madam

I have made a online payment dated 10th Jan at around 8:00 pm for registration fee on e nibandhan Jharkhand Government website.
The payment of Rs 121286.19 has been debited from my bank account but it is not reflecting in the Government site.
When I enquired it from my bank they are telling that the payment is successful from their end and are giving reference no HICI[protected].
Request you to confirm the payment status of this transaction.
Your early action will help me a lot.
