Billdesk — non refund of transaction. | |||
Dear sir/mam I am nirmal from vadodara. I made a payment of 4646rs property tax to the vadodara municipal corporation on 21st october 2020 using upi. My bank account was debited with same amount and payment was successful from my side. But vmss said that they have not received any payment and issue me underpayment notice. And they also told me that my transaction was refunded by bill desk. I check my bank account till date all transaction, but i found that no refund is credited in my bank account. As discussed with the vmss i contact payment getaway bill desk. I sent email to the bill desk and discuss my issue. After that i received email from bill desk that my transaction was initiated for refund and it will be credited in my account in few days. I wait a lot for that but every time they promise that my refund will be credited in short time. I have check with my bank account and they have confirm that the banificiary has received the amount and it was successful. I have attached all related documents: Email conversation with the bill desk. All photo copies of transactions. Bank statement to date Transaction details and number screen short. Please help me to get my refund as soon as possible. I have suffer a lot. Its a humble request Was this information helpful? | |||
