I have made a online payment dated 13th february at around 7:00 pm for bsnl land phone bill government website. The payment of rs 743 has been debited from my bank account but it is not reflecting in the government site. When i enquired it from my bank they are telling that the payment is successful from their end and are giving reference no hsbt[protected]igaaugpfc9.
