Billdesk — order place with jiomart service not received

I had place the order with jiomart.com on 25th may 2020 vide order number[protected]w. The order was supposed to be delivered on 27th may 2020, but no order received nor any response or call for jiomart received. The payment was made through billdeskfood1 under order id spt[protected]. I have not received my money back nor service is received.

Kindly look into this matter. Is it the fraudster chain set?
