[Resolved] Billdesk — paid electricity bill twice for the same consumer number | |||
I have paid twice for the same consumer number. I have attached both receipts of the bills. I have waited for 20 days but I didn't get any refund. Please solve my issue. Transaction ID s are BBPSBD01G9089457 PHNN[protected] I have paid bills on[protected] on Google pay and phone pe respectively. So kindly solve my issue and refund my amount back to my source. I booked a ticket from MSRTC on 2 nov 2018 at 9:27 pm from Swargate to Pandharpur of shivshahi bus. Journey date is 06/11/18. I paid money via google pay to VPA billdeskpg.[protected]@icici of Rs 451.12. The amount was deducted from my hdfc account but i didn't get any ticket in my mail nor get any confirmation message.
