Billdesk — pan application refund

I had tried filling a pan application and did my payment through billdesk but it was unsuccessful and they said they will refund the amount in 6 days... Its been 10 days and they hadnt refunded me with the money... I had attached the screenshot of the payment id with the complaint... Kindly look into this matter.. I am paying 3000 credit card payment, amount was deducted from my account but not credited to my credit card and i have no transaction id so pls solve this issue and give me my cash back to my bank account or credit card
