Billdesk — pay hsbc credit card payment is not credited against my card

Hi,

My name is senthilkumar, yesterday (7/8/17) i used billdesk service to pay my hsbc credit card payment of rs. 52, 811. It's debited from my bank (Iob) account immediately but not credited to against my hsbc credit card number.

Also i haven't received any confirmation from you guys about the transaction.

Transaction reference number is : jiob[protected].

Can you please help me to resolve this issue asap?

I would like to clarify the below questions.

1. Whether you service will take sometime to credit the money to hsbc bank?
2. Whether i entered a wrong number? I am pretty sure i haven't entered a wrong credit card number.
