I have made a online payment dated 13th Jan at around 2:00 pm for BSNL Land Phone bill Government website. The payment of Rs 747 has been debited from my bank account but it is not reflecting in the Government site. When I enquired it from my bank they are telling that the payment is successful from their end and are giving reference no HSBT[protected]IGAAPNAZB8.
