Billdesk — payment at bsnl portal

I have tried making payment I'm BSNL portal for Rs. 608. The payments status is showing as pending. But the amount got debited from my bank account. I made the payment using internet banking and also have my transaction reference number (IGADONCQI0). My bank is SBI and for a confirmation message of debit from bank.
