Billdesk — Payment debit from bank but not credited to biller

I made a complaint about the payment failure to billdesk yesterday, my complaint number is 3727313. Today I tracked my complaint using there link.It is showing issue resolved but there is no credit either in my bank account or credit card.

Amount debited is 260000 paid from indusind bank using bank website from desktop computer and by using bank payments link to pay.

Today is last day of my credit card fees . If i fail then have to pay interest as well as damage to my cibil score .

Please help
