Billdesk — Payment debited but recharge not done

I have made a recharge of 599 for my bsnl mobile number [protected] and I got the msg from bank and from gpay that the payment is successfully done but even after 72 hrs there's no recharge of 599 on that number.. plz check.

I am attaching the transaction details receipt from gpay.
