Billdesk — payment declined related

9th may 2020 i pay my sbi card bill payment due on your billdesk via at the amount of6749/- payment is debited in my bank account but finally transaction is declined, that process also stopped, highly i inconvenienced.
So kindly i request please reverse my amount in my account.
