Dear sir/madam, I am abhijeet and my issue is transaction was failed while booking reliance jio phone but payment rs 500 was debited from bank account through debit card payment, also no confirmation mail came in my registered number from reliance jio Payment deducted showing as info:pur/reliancejio/mumbai/reliancejio/seq no 632416 Kindly return my money and complete the transaction.
