I tried to make a payment to submit an exam fee through Bill Desk from ICICI Netbanking which ends with a message "Due to some technical issue your transaction has been cancelled" but the same amount was deducted from my account. It happens two times, that cost me 406.00 + 406.00 rs.
When i raise the concern to the ICICI they replied "Transaction has been completed from our end please contact the merchant to follow up on the same issue."
