Billdesk — Payment Done But i have not received DU reference Number

Dear Sir/Madam, I have paid INR 306 for UP Lekhpal Requirement 2015 via YES Bank internet banking on July 21, 2015 with reference no DYBK[protected] SBCOLLE after the payment i suppose to get DU reference number but i have not received and for this reason i lose to apply for this requirement. I requested you to please resolve the issue and provide me compensation from them.
