Billdesk — Payment done but not update my electricity service

My electricity consumer No. [protected] payment is done through Gpay UPI transaction ID.[protected] dated 14/08/2023, 12:43PM
my amount was deducted/debited but not updated yet
I made payment through APEPDCL billdesk

Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
