I have made property tax payment NMC Nagpur official site through bill desk The tansection is done from my online banking SBI account but payment from bill desk to NMC was not completed for half an hour. please help completing the payment.
Details of transection from my bank is as following:

Updated by pankaj_pks56 Customer care numbers given in bill desk website for Bill Desk Nagpur is not correct, Mumbai and Delhi are not lifting the phone. Not tried other other cities.
