Updated by bidduramana FYI&A, I have been writing to [protected]@billdesk.com from 16/11/18. As well as raised a dispute via google pay on 14/11/18. Please, certain subject matters the response has to be swift, What happens if TNEB disconnects my connection, why should I suffer and be penalized for nonpayment, when I have paid?

Updated by bidduramana I am really unsure, what more clarity should I bring, is the given screenshots not enough to prove my case? Please see the mail below. I have provided all the details via email and today I receive a mail like this

OR
. UPI transaction screenshot with payee VPA
. Scanned bank account Statement/Credit Card statement highlighting amount debited along with bank name.

Look at the order of Events, how does somebody stay composed
Payment made to TNEB via Google pay - 12/11/18
Money deducted from my account but payment failed- 12/11/18
TNEB portal states I have not paid by bill-12/11/18
Checked with my Bank ICICI, as per them the money has been successfully received and provided with the reference-12/11/18
The dispute raised via google pay-13/11/18 - Dispute will be resolved in 3-5 days
Desperately writing to BillDesk from -16/11/18
Billdesk requests me to provide screenshots-20/11/18
today is 23/11/18, I don't have my problems resolved.
I have made a transection through my paytm wallet to dominos but wrongly post by paytm to billdeskfood1 through paytm at 06:30 pm dated 19/11/2018 for inr 208/-
Request you to trace my payment as per above transection id & kindly refund the same urgently.
