Billdesk — payment made through billdesk using paytm wallet but showing unsuccessful payment at ebay

I made payment for a product on ebay two times but both times, paytm sent sms for payment confirmation but ebay showed did not received the payment and showed that the payment was unsuccessful. My wallet transaction id for first payment is [protected] and for second payment is [protected]. Please give me back my payment for both transactions. It all happened with me on 19 november, 2017 at around 11:12 pm. I was making payment for a woolen cap. I want refund. My paytm number is [protected]. The product name was 'woolen cap for winter season for men.' i am attaching photos for the confirmation messages for both payments. I shall be thankful to you on refund of payment.
